I saw that there are multiple devices that support external antenna for better WiFi reception, but it seems that D101 is not capable to support external antenna. Is there any other way to enhance WiFi reception?

I have three D105 and three Caleffi 7942 water meters with pulse output (dry contact). I can't get the pulses to match the meter reading. The water meter makes 1 pulse for 10 liters. I have tried different settings for the pulse filter (0,1,5 ms). None of these settings brings the right result. What do I have to do?
