Статусы устройства на Дашборде:

"Ожидаю" - значит от устройства данные не поступали более 2х минут.

Со стороны Дашборда с этой проблемой не разобраться. Надо брать в руки инструкцию или статью:

Идти к устройству и на месте по шагам проверять почему устройство не передает данные.

"Не авторизовано" - значит на устройстве менялся пароль или был сброс настроек.

Достаточно нажать на надпись, ввести пароль от устройства и перегрузить Дашборд.

Только проверьте, что на устройстве установлен ПІН пароль.

"Waiting" - no data has been received from the device for more than 2 minutes.

Go to the device and check step by step on why the device is not sending data.

"Not authorized" - the password was changed on the device or the settings were reset.
Just click on this text, enter the password for the device and reload the Dashboard.
Make sure that the PIN password is set on the device.
