Length of cable

For the length of 5-10 meters the temperature sensor should work well.

If there are several sensors, connect them on the bus in series and one at a time, each time checking that everything is ok.

How do I wire with distances above 10 metres? Do I need to use an external power supply to compensate for the length of the wire? Does it need to have an additional coupling resitor? Thanks

First try just connecting to 10 meters.

If necessary, try a pull-up resistor between terminals (4) and (6)
