D103 G3 not reading power

Hi,

I have 59 D103 G3 devices, most of them are working as they should.

There is a few devices that are reading the voltage but not the power, could you please help me to find out what the problem might be.

It is because the energy goes to Revers Power.

This may be for three reasons:

1. CT arrow is incorrectly positioned.

2. CT is not connected correctly to the device. (color matters)

3. The voltage connection between phases is mixed up. Current and voltage must be from the same phase.
