Voltage and Power Failire
Why when I receive a power failure on a specific phase and I go and check the voltage on that phase at the exact time of the alarm there is not a drop in voltage
Thanks

Device is trying predict power failure. Some microsecond delay in frequency can led to alarm state. But at dashboard you can see data minimum per one minute. This data cannot show microsecond events.
thanks. This means I should be concerned regarding the fact there is one phase missing or it is a normal alarm behavior when standard power interruptions occur.
Thank yOu.

It is always worth worrying if one phase is missing.
Especially if you see a hole in the graph and this means that the phase is missing for a long time.
If you received a message, and there is no hole in the graph, then this may mean a short power failure.
Modern power supplies do not notice this and continue to work as usual, the maximum the light may blink.
