Help 5 secs voltage graph monitoring and right installation
Just bought the 103 extended and arrived! I needed it to monitor voltage and loss of phase in a 3 phases household. Could you pls suggest me how to easily (for not Geek) obtain a 5 seconds chart of voltage and put and alarm over a certain threshold?
By looking at my dashboard screenshot, could you pls tell me if the device has been well positioned or you see significant anomalies?

The device is installed correctly, there are no anomalies.
On the Dashboard, data is updated every 5 seconds.
You can create a single widget and set an alarm in the widget settings.
But this only works if the Dashboard is open.
Also look at the manual, section CONDITIONS.

You can create conditions in the device web-settings and get an email.
Such conditions are also checked every 5 seconds.
Also, you can collect data every 5 seconds yourself only using the API or MQTT.

Thank you. So if I understand correctly if I set a Condition or I use an alarm in the widget, or I simply look at the graph on the dashboard, data is collected every 5 secs, and I can collect voltage peak btw intervals of 5 seconds.
I am asking because from the manual (see below) it looks that you are obliged to use MQTT to have 5 second readings..

How to collect data every 5 seconds
Data on the cloud server is saved once a minute, which is more than enough for a detailed analysis of the quality of the electrical network and energy consumption. But we should understand that measurements take place at some point in time within a minute and if, for example, there was an extremum lasting 20 seconds, then it may not be visible on the chart.
What if you need to get more detailed data?
The Extended versions of smart-MAIC Devices allow receiving data via MQTT protocol every 5 seconds and sending an API request to the device every 5 seconds. We do not pretend to be a network analyzer, but analysis of 5-second intervals will already allow us to find peak loads with a high degree of probability.
There are three ways of storing and processing data:
1. Our cloud server and WEB application smart-MAIC Dashboard:

Data updated on the Dashboard every 5 second and is saved in cloud at one-minute intervals.
Our cloud server and Dashboard for 2 devices is FREE; for 10 devices in one account costs 11€ per year total; for 100 devices costs 33€ per year total.
2. The devices have MQTT remote client interface.

According to the MQTT protocol the devices may send the data to any MQTT server instead of our server, this can be third-party or your own server.
3. API interface for developers.

Using the API, you can take data directly from devices, store and process them yourself.
The last two methods do not apply to us and will require appropriate knowledge from you.
So, if you need to collect history with an interval of 5 seconds, then you can do it yourself only, using the API or MQTT.
