where do i find pin? adding device to dashboard for first time,

Hello.
The PIN password for the device must be set manually during the first installation.

The device must be connected to WiFi and the Internet.

Only after that, you can connect the device to the Dashboard.
Hi,
device password was set during network installation. the device website is accessable via that PW.
Whe configuring dashboard i got problems.
Binding this device using devide ID from the website does not accept the devie password.
Error message: The PW has not been set.
Testing initial PW 0000 gives "wrong PW".
Restart device did not help
Wha to do?
You cannot use PIN 0000, you must set your own PIN password.
1. Check that a PIN password is set on the device.
Open the device's WEB settings and select the Logout menu.
You should be prompted for a PIN password to enter the settings again.
2. Check connection with the server.
On the Data Server menu and click the Check button.

! Until you solve the problem with connecting to the server, it makes no sense to try to connect the device on the Dashboard.
